Who I Am

I understand how procurement decisions affect budgets, how contractor coordination affects timelines, and how keeping documentation, compliance, and stakeholder communication in order contributes to a project being delivered on time and within scope.

Starting out as a Junior Architect in Bengaluru, I managed residential projects valued up to AUD 600,000, overseeing everything from contractor coordination to budgeting and site supervision. That foundation shaped how I approach every project — methodical, cost-conscious, and detail-oriented.

In Australia, I completed a Master of Construction Management at Deakin University and gained local industry experience through a project administration internship at InWerks, where I handled procurement, contract administration and site coordination across multiple fit-out projects.

I work confidently across industry tools including Primavera P6, AutoCAD, Revit and CostX, and bring the same structured thinking to documentation and scheduling as I do to on-site problem solving. I take ownership, communicate clearly across teams, and stay focused on getting the project across the line on time, on budget and to standard.

Commercial to Residential Refurbishment
South Bank Apartments, Melbourne
South Bank, Melbourne, Victoria · AUD 200,000

A four-storey refurbishment project converting an existing commercial building into four self-contained apartment units, each spanning 80 sqm across individual floors. The scope covered full fit-out works including demolition, new flooring, plasterboard ceilings, kitchen and bathroom installations, joinery, electrical, plumbing, and painting across all four levels.

Sourced and evaluated 5 subcontractor quotes across 3 trades to support the Project Manager in delivering a display home apartment fit-out, keeping procurement decisions aligned with the AUD 200,000 budget and ensuring the finished unit met the presentation standard required for public display.
Prepared scope of works documentation, pre-construction readiness checklists and stakeholder registers covering 10+ site setup requirements per floor, working directly alongside the Project Manager to ensure the project mobilised on schedule across all 4 levels without commencement delays.
Attended all client and design meetings to capture joinery, flooring and fixture decisions in real time, translating agreed outcomes into contractor briefs that maintained a single source of truth throughout delivery and prevented scope variations from emerging mid-program.
Role: Project Administration
Residential Refurbishment
40 Langdon Road, Caulfield
Caulfield, Victoria · AUD 185,000

A partial refurbishment of a private residence in Caulfield, Victoria, covering the pool area, kitchen, sauna, gym, laundry, living room and front courtyard. The project involved a combination of demolition, fit-out, and finishing works across 8 areas of the home, requiring close coordination between the client, designer, and several specialist subcontractors.

Drove procurement across 6 trades by securing and comparing competitive quotes for flooring, joinery, mechanical and electrical works, enabling the Project Manager to make informed award decisions that held the project within its AUD 185,000 budget across all 8 work areas.
Took ownership of 3 client and design meetings alongside the Project Manager, documenting every scope decision and selection on the day to keep contractor briefs current and eliminate ambiguity that could have generated costly variations.
Executed weekly site inspections across all 8 areas throughout the program, identifying clashes early, maintaining OHS compliance and verifying that finished works met specification before sign-off, resulting in zero rework claims at practical completion.
Role: Project Administration
Commercial Kitchen Ceiling Refurbishment
Hungry Jacks, Hallam
Hallam, Victoria · AUD 41,415

A time-sensitive ceiling refurbishment for an operational Hungry Jacks restaurant in Hallam, Victoria. Works were carried out over 4 consecutive nights between 11pm and 5am to ensure zero disruption to daily operations, with all services restored and the site handed back to staff each morning before opening.

Sequenced and administered 5 trade packages across a tight 4-night overnight program, ensuring ceiling, electrical, painting and waste removal scopes were completed in full each night and the site was restored to trading condition before 6am every morning without a single disruption to operations.
Worked directly with the Project Manager to manage all electrical isolation and recommissioning procedures each night, overseeing the safe daily reinstatement of 6 air grilles, 4 speakers and 5 camera locations so that full building services were operational before staff arrived each morning.
Produced the complete documentation suite covering scope of works, cost plans and contractor proposals for all 5 packages, enforcing contractor inductions, nightly risk assessments and OHS sign-in requirements to sustain a compliant and safe working environment throughout the entire project.

Garden Studios — 8 Residential Pod Projects, Melbourne
Metropolitan Melbourne, Victoria · May 2022 – August 2022 · AutoCAD & SketchUp

Prepared and issued complete preliminary architectural drawing packages for 8 residential pod projects across metropolitan Melbourne, producing coordinated sets comprising site plans, floor plans, roof plans, elevations, and electrical layouts.

Prepared and issued complete preliminary architectural drawing packages for 8 residential pod projects across metropolitan Melbourne, producing coordinated sets comprising site plans, floor plans, roof plans, elevations, and electrical layouts using AutoCAD and SketchUp, ensuring each package was builder-ready, NCC compliant, and issued to the correct revision prior to construction commencement.
Coordinated drawing sets across multiple concurrent projects, incorporating client, architect, and builder feedback through structured revision cycles to resolve design discrepancies, confirm material specifications, and ensure construction documentation accurately reflected agreed scope, site conditions, and regulatory requirements.
Developed and implemented a project documentation quality assurance checklist to standardise drawing output across all 8 packages, proactively identifying and resolving coordination issues — including site-specific conditions such as undersized existing slabs — before they could impact construction programme or on-site delivery.
